DO I NEED ANYTHING TO MAKE THE BRAND FILES WORK?

We will give you a variety of files so that you are equipped for any situation. You won’t need anything to make the logo files work. The marketing templates are created for Canva, so in order to edit those, you will need a Canva account.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE WAY MY NAME LOOKS IN THE LOGO?

While we customize your files, we will make edits and refinements if we see the need to make it look better. Only one round of revisions is included in the scope of these brands so additional revisions could add an additional fee to your project.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CUSTOMIZE THE FILES?

Your files will be customized and delivered directly to you in as little as one to two weeks. After you purchase, we will be in touch with details for your brand.

WHAT CAN I CUSTOMIZE?

You can customize the colors. Depending on your request and the answers to your questionnaire, sometimes I may also recommend changing one of the fonts.  You can edit anything in the marketing templates once you receive them in Canva.

WHAT IF I WANT A CUSTOM LOGO?

HOW MANY REVISIONS DO I GET DURING THE CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS?

There’s one revision included, but we can also add rounds on at an hourly rate, but we find that because of the nature of the designs and our process, usually only one is needed!
